This past weekend we caught up with Glenn Danzig for a private screening for cast & crew of his new movie, "Death Rider In The House of Vampires." Devon Sawa plays Death Rider as he is in search of sanctuary. He along with everyone else in the movie is a vampire where these cowboy, drinking bloodsuckers seek their sanctum in a place where Count Hellday, played by Julian Sands, presides and seeks to ensure no ones disrupts their domain.
We also get to see Kim Director as Carmilla Joe, Eli Roth as Drac Cassidy, Ashley Wisdom as Mina Belle, Victor Di Mattia as Kid Vlad, Yulia Klass as Mircarla Mae, Darren Richardson as Duke Von Wayne, Danny Trejo as Bela Latigo, and Glenn Danzig as Bad Bathory.
DANZIG fans are gonna dig Glenn Danzig’s version of a spaghetti western. There's plenty of good ol liquor drinking, gun-slinging, vampire bloodsucking, and of course a killer movie score by GD. Glenn and the rest of the cast definitely show their FANGS on this one!

If the 63-year-old’s public persona is often reduced to a two-dimensional cartoonish caricature – muscle-bound, permanently clad in black, forever frowning and at war with the modern world – it’s not an image he’s ever fought overly hard to dispel.
Though possessing one of rock music’s most distinctive voices, the singer largely shuns the spotlight, has zero social media presence – “I don’t have time for that shit,” he once said, dismissing the whole concept as “crazy” – and only sparingly grants interviews.

The Music Box Theatre announced today the lineup of their annual Cinepocalypse, the Chicago-based genre film festival taking place June 13 – 20 at the historic Music Box Theatre. Bloody Disgusting, who helped program the event, is also topline sponsor.
This year’s fest is chaos, opening with the World Premiere of Glenn Danzig‘s hotly anticipated Verotika on June 13th.

Sometimes that creative exploration is conscious, a deliberate effort to rebuild and redefine; sometimes it's subconscious, guided by instinct, dream logic or drug experience. Sometimes it means traveling the world, communing with shamans and street musicians and rented Japanese dogs; sometimes it means reaching out into different mediums, genres, colors and emotions. The individuals spotlighted in this issue of Revolver have all opened minds, pushed their boundaries —and our own — by taking creative leaps that may have been jarring at first but ultimately, after many listens, won the public over.
The box set cover is an original, commissioned work by heralded artist VBERKVLT / Justin Bartlett. The piece, created in black india ink, is inspired by the artwork from Glenn Danzig's “vivid and pioneering music career” with the Misfits, Samhain and Danzig — only diehards will be able to spot all of the references! Bartlett has done illustration and design work for bands like Kvelertak and Trap Them, a VHS cover poster for The Thing, drawings for Assassin's Creed 3 and much more.

Glenn Danzig & Cleopatra Films CEO Brian Perera sign Film Deal for Danzig to write & direct the "Verotika" anthology film which will be based on three Verotik Characters. Danzig will also
compose the Musical Soundtrack for the Film. Production is scheduled to begin Fall 2018.
Turning out to be an excellent 30 Year Anniversary for DANZIG.

Glenn Danzig has now confirmed the title and release date of first DANZIG album of all new material since 2010’s widely acclaimed "DETH RED SABAOTH".
The details of "BLACK LADEN CROWN" follow on the announcement of DANZIG’s Blackest of the Black Festival: Two days of non-stop music and mayhem taking place at Oak Canyon Park in Silverado, CA on May 26th and 27th. Danzig will close the festivities May 27th, headlining a bill featuring more than 20 artists playing amidst a full scale takeover and transformation of the park grounds featuring literally dozens of attractions, vendors, performers, and other surprises musical and otherwise.
This June also marks the 25th Anniversary of DANZIG III HOW THE GODS KILL. In Honor of this momentous occasion, DANZIG will be doing a select handful of shows this summer & will perform many songs from HOW THE GODS KILL. See you there!!!
